$70 per night including full breakfast cooked to order.
$60 per night w/o breakfast

Rates are for one night, double occupancy. Weekly and Monthly rates are available by phone.

Reservations require an advanced deposit, which must be received within 7 days after making reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover by phone. (Deposits are refunded in full if cancellations are made seven days or more in advance of your arrival date.)

Well-behaved children are welcome.

Well-behaved pets are welcomed too.

Home-style living in Columbus's finest facility and location. Contact Martha: 575-531-2467

Monthly Rent: $600 single occupancy or $700 for double occupancy. Rooms are furnished with a queen bed or 2 twin beds. Your choice is based on availability.

All rooms have a private bathroom w/shower.

All rooms are located on the second floor and each has balcony.

Rent includes:

Weekly Maid Service: Weekly room cleaning, fresh bed linens, bathroom towels & wash cloths.

Full kitchen, (w/Personal refrigerator space) dining room, and sitting room privileges

Full laundry privileges

High-speed wifi Internet access

Requirements:*

1st months rent + $250 security deposit. (Upon move-out, deposit will be refunded in full, or prorated based on condition of room.)

Rent paid promptly on the 1st of each month.

Proof of employment or other proof of financial stability

Adults only

No excessive drinking

No drugs

No Pets

Stated months to rent, or 30 days notice to vacate.

*Martha reserves the right to immediately cancel rental agreement in cases of breach of requirements or failure to respect her home and guests.
