twin beds. Your choice is based on availability.
All rooms have a private bathroom w/shower.
All rooms are located on the second floor and each has
balcony.
Requirements:*
1st months rent + $250 security deposit. (Upon move-out,
deposit will be refunded in full, or prorated based on
condition of room.)
Month to month availability.
Rent paid promptly on the 1st of each month.
Proof of employment or other proof of financial
stability
Adults only
No excessive drinking
No drugs
No Pets for monthly guests..
*Martha reserves the right to immediately cancel rental
agreement in cases of breach of requirements or failure
